Can you help us to create a positive, welcoming and safe environment in which our children can enjoy their lunch?
We require a Mid-day Supervisory Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team for 10 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per year).
The successful applicant will:
✓be a friendly, approachable adult for our children at lunchtime
✓have a genuine interest in providing the best experience for our pupils.
✓be reliable and hardworking
✓take pride in their work and have good attention to detail.
✓be able to work on their own initiative whilst working as part of a team.
This is a physically demanding role, which involves setting up and clearing the dining area, therefore, the ability to follow health and safety procedures is essential. Our Mid-day Supervisors must have a positive attitude to their role, with a willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of our children.
We work together as a team and would like our Midday Supervisor to play an active role in our school community supporting and promoting our positive ethos. It is important that the successful applicant has excellent inter-personal skills to interact positively with all members of our school community, playing a key role in promoting a welcoming environment to our school.
Whilst previous experience would be desirable, it is not essential as training will be given.

Fluency Duty
