Are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant
The successful candidate will work as part of our midday team to help ensure pupils are safe, happy and well supported throughout lunchtime.
Key responsibilities include:
• Actively supervising pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play.
• Supporting positive behaviour, safe play and friendly interactions.
• Helping pupils resolve minor disagreements and make positive choices.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Maintaining pupils’ health, safety, welfare and safeguarding.
• Providing basic first aid when needed; training will be provided.
• Reporting accidents, behaviour concerns and safeguarding issues appropriately.
• Supervising pupils during lunch and encouraging good manners and healthy choices.
• Helping set out and put away lunchtime and play equipment.
• Supporting a clean, safe and enjoyable lunchtime environment.

Fluency Duty
