Job Introduction
We are seeking a hardworking and flexible person to join our Midday Meals team at Billinghay CE Primary School to start as soon as possible.
We require a Permanent Midday Supervisory Assistant from 12.20pm until 1:30pm, Monday to Friday during term-time (38 weeks per annum), to serve and to supervise children during their lunch period.
Roles and responsibilities:
• To set up the hall on arrival – putting out tables.
• To serve food to pupils.
• To supervise the pupils either in the hall or playground.
• Support and encourage positive play and interactions, in line with the School Behaviour Policy.
• To help clean the hall after the meals have been eaten.
• Report incidents in line with school policy.
• There will also be a requirement for further training in the role – for example- Food Hygiene & Allergy e-learning courses, Safeguarding and manual handling.
