Infinity Academies Trust continues to grow — and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Operations Directorate. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Operations Assistant who is ready to play a key role in supporting the future of our Trust.
This is a fantastic chance to step into a role where your work will directly contribute to creating safe, welcoming, and inspiring environments for our staff, pupils, and visitors across all 17 of our academies.
About the Role
Working closely with our Operations Manager and dedicated Estates Officers, you will help shape and develop the department as we continue to evolve. Your work will support the delivery of services across our Trust estate — ensuring our environments are warm, safe, and ready to support an ambitious curriculum.
You will:
Report directly to the Operations Manager
Oversee centralised transactional operations of the Trust estate
Triage, prioritise, and manage workflows within our Estate Operational System
Help ensure our sites operate efficiently, safely, and cost‑effectively
Play a key part in supporting estate‑related compliance, safety, and operational needs
This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunities to grow as the Trust grows.
