Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the main front office of Giles Academy for a Receptionist / Administrator.

The job can be challenging and varied but very rewarding and the working hours would be 8am – 4pm Mondays and Tuesdays.

Working as an integral part of the administrative team, the successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience of working in a similar position;
• Provide a warm welcome to all visitors to the school;
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Have excellent organisational, secretarial and inter-personal skills;
• Be a team player but can also work independently;
• Be assertive;
• Be pro-active;
• Adopt a consistent approach to all students;
• Be flexible in their approach to their working hours.

Fluency Duty
