Job Introduction
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive School Business Manager to join our friendly and ambitious primary school. This is a key role, working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the effective and efficient management of the school’s financial, administrative and operational functions.
The successful candidate will bring strong financial and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. You will oversee areas including budget management, procurement, HR administration, premises, health and safety, compliance and school operations, ensuring that the school is well managed and able to provide the best possible environment for pupils and staff.
We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, solutions-focused and committed to supporting the vision and values of the school. Experience of working in a school or education setting would be advantageous, alongside a sound understanding of financial management and relevant statutory requirements.

Fluency Duty
