SEN Support Assistant

Job Introduction

We are looking to appoint a patient, motivated and enthusiastic SEN Support Assistant to provide support to children with an Education Health Care plan. We are an amazing school family with the most wonderful children and a team that always goes above and beyond.

22 hours over 5 days (mornings Monday-Thursday starting at 08:45am-13:15pm and Friday 08:45am-12:45pm)

The successful candidate will have experience or interest in the broad areas of need which fall under categories of social and emotional and communication and interaction.

  • Do you have the skills, passion and creativity to engage children and help them achieve their potential?
  • Can you inspire and motivate our children; offer challenge to raise standards and aspirations?
  • Are you willing to participate in training and CPD to further develop your knowledge and skills?
  • Do you have good organisation and communication skills to be part of a successful team?

 

We have an excellent team of teachers and teaching assistants and are looking for team players, who are flexible, hardworking and positive at all times.

Applicants should have achieved Grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.

We strive to support our team and offer training and support for you and will endeavour to develop you as a valuable member of our team.
