North Cotes Church of England Primary School is seeking a School Business Manager.
Location: North Cotes C E Primary and Fulstow C E Primary Federation (Based at North Cotes site)
Salary: Grade 8 Point 21-24 (pro rata)
Contract Type: Part-time 26hrs/32.5hrs Hours per Week, 39 Weeks; Permanent

North Cotes and Fulstow CE Primary Schools are small, friendly village schools. We are looking for a reliable, committed and highly efficient School Business Manager to join our team. The position will be based at our North Cotes site, but you will be required to work with systems across both schools.

The successful candidate will:
• Be willing to support our vision and values.
• Be reliable, efficient, enthusiastic, organised with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work independently under their own initiative and also in close collaboration with other members of staff.
• Have previous school administration experience.
• Have excellent IT skills.
• Have flexibility to adapt quickly to change within a small school setting.
Duties will include:
• Operation of BWOn (Finance) and Integris (MIS) systems.
• Preparation, monitoring and reporting of budgets.
• Administration of school fund and Audits.
• Completion of HR paperwork.• Administration of Payroll.
