What we need
As an expansion of the middle leadership team, we are seeking to recruit a Second in Department for Performing Arts to support the leadership and management of the faculty including Teacher in Charge of Music from September 2025. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Faculty to ensure high standards of teaching and learning and outcomes for students. You will be an outstanding and passionate practitioner with a proven track record of securing successful student outcomes, leading, and developing teaching and learning, and possess strong skills in data analysis.

You will need to be an enthusiastic, lively and versatile teacher with the ability to teach across KS3-5, a passion for your subject and the desire to contribute to the development of the Performing Arts Faculty and the Academy as a whole.
