Bourne Abbey, part of Abbey Academies Trust, is a three-form entry Church Academy situated in South Lincolnshire. Our vision for each child is that they will work towards their personal best, in a caring and nurturing atmosphere, which reflects the Christian values of our Academy Trust. The other schools in our Trust are Bourne Elsea Park C of E Primary Academy and Colsterworth C of E Primary School.

The Trustees are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator who has ideally worked within a busy school office. This is a dual role working as part of the Bourne Abbey and AAT central teams. The ideal candidate should have good customer service, ICT and communication skills. We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate good communication skills that allow effective communication on a professional basis with all levels of parents and carers, school staff, and pupils
• Have experience of working in an office environment
• Have experience of HR responsibilities including safer recruitment
• Demonstrate excellent ICT skills
• Have practical experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Have a passion for working with children
• Be able to work on their own initiative
• Attainment of GCSEs or equivalent, to include English and Maths at grade A-C, NVQ 2 Business & Administration level 2 or above and or qualifications relevant to this post
