Sir Robert Pattinson Academy Headmaster Mr D. J. Hardy BA (Hons) PGCE are looking for a Senior Pastoral Leader to join their team.
Full time, permanent
Grade 7 SCP18-21 per annum £ 29,305 - £31,836 pro rata
Required as soon as possible.
37 hours per week, 41 weeks (Term time plus 5 INSET days plus 2 weeks)
8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday
8am – 3.30pm Friday

The Academy is situated on an extensive, beautiful site offering purpose-built facilities on the outskirts of Lincoln, towards the Nottinghamshire border. The area boasts affordable housing and good road and rail networks to the South and Midlands.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join and lead our existing team of Pastoral Leaders as part of our House pastoral system. Reporting directly to the House team and the Deputy Head Teacher in charge of pastoral care, this role is pivotal to the daily running of the Academy. Our Pastoral Leaders do not teach and so support students and parents throughout the academy day.
The successful candidate will be expected to support the delivery of the Academy’s Strategic Plan and adhere to our values. A level of accountability, autonomy and self-motivation is required for this role.
