HLTA Grade 5 12 Actual salary £21,577
We wish to appoint 3 motivated and committed Teaching Assistants. The posts are initially temporary until 31 December 2027 however the needs of the school are constantly changing, and permanent opportunities arise frequently.

who understand how to support children with specific needs.
who can support a child’s learning, behaviour, social inclusion as well as their social and emotional development.
who are good team players and able to work well as part of a supportive staff.
Who ideally have experience of working in a school environment
We are looking for a HLTA who can confidently cover PPA and release time for teachers across all year groups, including managing short-term and last-minute absence cover with a highly flexible, adaptable attitude.
The successful candidate will:
Specifically, for the HLTA role, hold a recognised qualification.
have good Literacy and Numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent) and NVQ 2 (or equivalent).
have an ability to use their own initiative and be proactive.
be passionate about improving outcomes and supporting children to overcome barriers to learning and fulfil their potential.
