Job Introduction


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and successful school for the next academic year. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed individual who is passionate about supporting children in Year 1 and Year 3, to achieve their very best. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside dedicated staff in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

• Has experience of working with children in a Primary setting;
• Builds positive relationships with children, staff and families;

• Is patient, flexible and able to respond to children's individual needs;
• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to the wider life of the school;
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills;
• Will support and promote the Christian vision and values of the school.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
