Job Introduction

Pinchbeck East C of E Primary Academy are currently seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic part time Teaching Assistant.

We are looking for someone who:

· Is dedicated, caring, enthusiastic, creative and inspiring and has the skill set to support all children to become the best

· Has excellent communication and team working skills

· Is able to promote social and personal development

· Is confident in supporting phonics

· Is able to foster excellent working relationships with the children they are working with

· Is committed to developing their own skills

· Is committed to delivering high quality support and intervention work

· Is able to prepare and adapt resources and teaching materials

· Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent) and NVQ 2 (or equivalent) Teaching Assistant Qualification.

31.25 hours per week – 39 weeks per year including five inset days.

Grade 3, point 6-9

Salary:£20,541.00 - £21,529.00 Annually (Actual)
