Job Introduction

Reepham CE Primary School is seeking to appoint a passionate, creative and innovative Year 1 Teacher to join our unique village school. If you are an excellent practitioner with a strong drive to inspire children so that they achieve their full potential, then this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a teacher who:
• Is committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning for every child;
• Has experience in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (SEND);
• Can adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs;
• Believes in each child and has high aspirations for their achievement;
• Is able to carefully identify and plan next steps in learning;
• Provides a stimulating and exciting learning environment;
• Develops effective and positive relationships with all members of the school community;
• Is hard working, creative and organised;
• Will promote our school vision ‘Be Known. Be Loved. Belong.’

Pay Scale: LCC Teacher MPS
Contract: Temporary from Easter 2026 to Easter 2027.
Hours: Full Time

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
