1:1 Teaching Assistant

Job Introduction

We are looking for a 1:1 teaching assistant who:
• Is patient, caring, dedicated and enthusiastic
• Can work creatively and independently
• Is keen to work as part of our successful and friendly team
• Can work effectively as part of a team, in partnership with the teaching team and other support staff
• Can support their 1:1 child/small groups of children to access their learning and play, pastorally making learning exciting and helping children to reach their full potential
• Is flexible and will go that extra mile to ensure high standards and the best opportunities for the child in their care
• Has experience of supporting the development of social and communication skills.
• Has experience of supporting a child with complex needs.
• Experience of EYFS preferred
