Job Introduction
Required as soon as possible - one 1:1 Teaching Assistant for William Alvey School.
The post will be for the successful candidate to support a Y4 pupil for 20 hours a week, mostly mornings.
We are looking for someone with:
• Experience and understanding of working with children with Speech, Language and Communication needs.
• An empathetic nature, positive outlook, along with the ability to set clear and firm boundaries.
• Understanding and patience.
• The ability to be flexible and ‘think on your feet.’
• Good written and communication skills.
• NVQ 3 or above.
We are looking for candidates who can ideally start as soon as possible but are prepared to wait longer for the right candidate.

Fluency Duty
