Job Introduction
Brant Broughton CofE Methodist Primary School is looking to appoint knowledgeable, motivated and enthusiastic SEN 1:1 Support Assistants to provide support to children with an Educational Health Care plan (fixed term whilst the children remain in school).
We are a happy, small, rural, church school where pupils and staff work together to ensure that our values of Kindness, Humility, Hope and Courage underpin all that we do. “The school is a peaceful place which pupils liken to being in a family,” (Ofsted, 2025).
The successful candidates will have a good understanding of Educational Health Care Plans, and have experience of working with pupils with needs which fall under the categories of communication and interaction (in particular speech, language and communication needs), and social, emotional and mental health. A good understanding of Sensory needs would also be beneficial.

This post is: 32.5 hours over 5 days Monday – Friday, 08.30am – 15.30pm and is paid at G3.

Fluency Duty
