Work Schedule: 27.5 hours (Monday – Thursday 8:30-2:45 Friday 8:30-1:00)
Willow School is seeking to appoint a nurturing and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant - start date September 2025.

In this position you will:
· Provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with an EHCP, following individual support plans
· Work with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and interventions
· Support pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management
· Implement a range of interventions, including speech and language programmes and sensory circuits
· Assist with the development of communication skills, supporting both verbal and non-verbal pupils
· Adapt communication style to respond to pupils according to their individual needs
