Ingham Primary School is a happy village school. Our school is a warm, friendly, welcoming and supportive place with a wonderful staff team and delightful well-behaved pupils.
Following the retirement of our amazing office team, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to work in the school office. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a part-time School Business Manager and Headteacher.
We are looking for someone with a caring and nurturing approach for our lovely village school. Everything we do is focused on giving every child the best start in life.

We are looking for an Administration Assistant who wants to enter fully into the wider life of our village school. 

We’d like someone:

• who is hardworking, friendly and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• with a sense of humour and patience
• with excellent ICT and organisational skills
• to carry out telephone, reception and messenger duties.
• who can provide efficient and effective administrative support in the school office including filing, word processing, data input, photocopying and compile, maintain and analyse registers
• to assist with the general administration of work experience, school trips, school photographs, induction evenings
• to help compile reports and records and assessment data for DFE, admissions, leavers, staff and student records
• to handle cash in line with the school’s finance policy, which may include collecting
