Kesteven and Grantham Girls’ School (KGGS) is a selective academy in Lincolnshire, bordering Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. We retain a traditional approach to education, with a strong focus on excellent classroom teaching, self-directed study and high expectations.

About the role
As a key member of our administrative team, you will take a central role in managing liaison with parents through the My Child At School and School Cloud systems. You will also support various administrative functions across the school, including within the main office, admissions, exams, data and sixth form.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high standards of service. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be desirable, but not essential. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing school, we would be delighted to hear from you.
The role is being advertised for 20-25 hours per week in the first instance. This will be discussed in further detail at interview.
