After School Club Coordinator

Job Introduction

Charles Baines Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our committed team and run, manage and develop our After School wraparound care provision. Our After School Club is a vital part of our wraparound care solution offering a safe and secure space where children can explore and extend their learning, as well as providing a calm and relaxed environment for our pupils at the end of the school day.

We provide an excellent learning environment where everyone is valued and encouraged to achieve their very best. We offer a fun and exciting curriculum that is enriched by many educational visits and learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will lead and guide the team in providing safe, creative and engaging activities to meet the needs of children aged between 4 and 11 years old. If you are energetic, enthusiastic, fun loving and feel that you can support our wraparound care provisions, we would love to hear from you.

Previous experience of working with primary aged children in a similar capacity is desirable.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.


The school advertising the vacancy will contact you directly regarding the outcome of your application and any interviews. When interviews are taking place schools will follow all Government and Public Health England Guidelines.
