We are seeking two exceptional Assistant Headteachers to join our dynamic Senior Leadership Team at Lincoln Christ’s Hospital School. These are distinct and strategically significant roles: one leading Behaviour and Attitudes, and one leading Attendance and Punctuality.

The Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour and Attitudes will champion a culture of high expectations, respect and responsibility, securing a calm and purposeful learning environment. They will lead our behaviour systems, oversee suspensions and inclusion provision, and take strategic responsibility for Pupil Premium, ensuring disadvantaged pupils make excellent academic and pastoral progress.

The Assistant Headteacher for Attendance and Punctuality will lead a relentless drive to secure excellent student attendance and punctuality. Through rigorous tracking, decisive intervention and strong parental engagement, they will remove barriers, strengthen accountability and ensure pupils are present, prepared and ready to learn.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
