An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mixed-age year 1 and 2 teacher at Great Steeping Primary School. We are a small, inclusive and aspirational rural primary school in Lincolnshire close Skegness and the market towns of Spilsby, Alford and Horncastle.


We want to appoint a teacher who provides an exciting, inclusive, language-rich learning environment that promotes high achievement and excellent progress for all.

What skills and experience we're looking for:
This position is for a teacher with knowledge and experience of teaching systematic synthetic phonics, ideally Read, Write, IncExcellent behaviour management skills built predominantly around positive interactions.
