Lincoln Christ's Hospital School, located near Lincoln's beautiful cathedral, is truly comprehensive, with over 1,260 students on roll, including over 185 in the Sixth Form. In our latest OFSTED visit in November 2024, we have been graded ‘Good’ in all areas.

Deputy Headteacher
L17 – L21

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to build on our school’s strengths in Curriculum and Teaching, Achievement and Inclusion, in line with the Ofsted framework. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sustained improvement and ensuring every student benefits from a consistently high-quality learning experience. Specific responsibilities will be shaped around the skills and experience of the appointed candidate, allowing them to lead where they can make the greatest impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and inspirational leader to help shape the next stage of our school’s development.

The post offers the opportunity to join a strong senior leadership team, staff and Governing Body who are committed to making a difference to communities on a local level, while individually improving the life chances of all young people.
