Winthorpe Primary School is a warm and welcoming school on the edge of Newark, known for its nurturing ethos, high academic standards, and outstanding pupil behaviour. As we continue to develop our pre-school, we are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Will work closely with the class teacher to support learning in our Early Years setting
- Can provide kind and consistent care throughout the school day
- Understands the different ways children learn and can adapt their approach accordingly
- Brings energy, patience, and a positive attitude every day
- Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Is passionate about inspiring young children to be the best they can be
