Job Introduction

North Kesteven Academy is seeking an Evening Caretaker -  2.15pm-10.15pm (2.45pm start on Fridays).


Contract: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Salary: S1 point 3 £24,027 per annum

Required as soon as possible. The post holder will, as part of a team, be responsible for the day to day security, safety, cleanliness and general maintenance of this large Academy site. After school hours you will be responsible for managing the evening lettings of our facilities and securing the site, and will work alone after 7pm. Applicants should be able to work flexibly and be able to use initiative and prioritise tasks effectively. We are particularly keen to hear from all round “handy” individuals who have some practical skills to employ, a good work ethic, and lots of common sense. You must be able to demonstrate an affinity for working with secondary age students.

Fluency Duty
