Potterhanworth Church of England Primary School is a friendly and welcoming school which has been judged by Ofsted to be ‘good’ (March 2023). We are situated in the village of Potterhanworth approximately eight miles South East of Lincoln. Due to the semi retirement of our successful and highly respected Headteacher who is moving on to new challenges, we are looking to appoint a new Headteacher.


The Headteacher will also oversee the managed Pre-School operated on site and all aspects referring to the school in the job description include this provision.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
