Job Introduction
At Bishop King CE Primary School, we are looking to appoint a Year 3 teacher to join our highly motivated and dedicated staff team. This is currently a temporary position, to the end of August.
The successful applicant will need to:
• Have a clear understanding of the effective teaching of reading, writing, phonics, grammar and mathematics
• Have a clear understanding of how children learn.
• Be an inspirational and effective classroom practitioner.
• Have a proven record of impacting on standards across the curriculum.
• Be competent in using data to inform planning and teaching practice.
• Support and promote our church school aims, values and ethos.
• Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ approach.
• Be versatile and resilient.
