Job Introduction
We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Pre-School Practitioner to join our outstanding Primary School and Nursery team.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Support the learning, development and care of children within our pre-school setting
Deliver high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for all children
Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and staff
Observe, assess and record children’s progress accurately
Promote children’s emotional wellbeing, independence and confidence
Support children with differing needs to ensure inclusion for all
Work effectively as part of a committed early years team
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Has experience working within an early years or nursery setting
Has a secure understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is warm, patient and enthusiastic
Has high expectations for children’s learning and development
Is organised, reliable and able to work collaboratively
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Contract Details
Position: Level 3 Pre-School Practitioner
Hours: 15 hours per week ( Mon-Fri 1-4)
Contract Type: Permanent
Term Time Only
Salary: G3.6 pro rata
