Job Introduction

The Pilgrim School are seeking a Part Time Maths Teacher to join their school.

The job will be based mainly at our Amber Hill Base but you will need to be able to travel to all sites (Lincoln, Baumber & Amber Hill)

Our school provides education to children and young people unable to attend mainstream school due to medical/mental health needs. The role offers an exciting, challenging opportunity to work with vulnerable young people in Lincolnshire.

We are looking to appoint from Easter 2026 a Teacher to join our Maths Team, this position would be suitable for someone who ideally has experience from a mainstream school setting but newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.

You will enable young people to believe in themselves during a difficult phase in their lives.


  • Grade: Main/Upper Scale (dependant on experience) + SEN Allowance
  • Salary: £21,421 - £32,300
  • Type of contract: Permanent
  • Appointment: Part time 19.5 hours 0.6 FTE

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
