Salary range: Grade 4 Scale point 9-11 (being £25,183. - £25,909 - full time equivalent or pro rata £21,536.31- £22,157.18)
39 weeks per year; 37 hours per week - temporary for 6 months with potential to extend to 12 months

William Farr Church of England Comprehensive School has a long and proud history and standing in the local community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and suitably experienced individual to undertake the role of Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills when dealing with students, parents and colleagues and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The successful applicant will support Heads of Year in dealing with issues of behaviour, safety, well-being and attendance.
Situated in the village of Welton, close to the historic and beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln, this Church of England 11-18 Comprehensive School has around 1,500 students on roll. Our school gained academy status in January 2011, received an ‘Excellent’ SIAMS grading in March 2019, and an Ofsted ‘Good’ in October 2022.
Skills and qualification required:
• Good numeracy/literacy skills.
