SEN 1:1 Support Assistants

Dates: Start 1st September
Location: Based at Holton le Clay Infant School (and will be expected to work across the federation, if needed)

Holton Le Clay Infant School is looking to appoint two enthusiastic and flexible SEN 1:1 Support Assistants to work with individual pupils (although you may also be required to work with groups and / or within classrooms).

The successful candidates will have a good understanding of Educational Health Care Plans and have experience of working with pupils with needs. Do you have the skills, passion and creativity to engage children and help them achieve their potential?

The successful candidate will:
 Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to pupils with high levels of special educational needs
 Have high expectations of pupils.
 Have a committed and caring approach.
 Work well individually and as a committed team member.
 Support the school with extracurricular activities.
 Be willing to participate in training and CPD to further develop their knowledge and skills?

The roles are full-time and paid at G3 (fixed term whilst the children remain in school).

Fluency Duty
