SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Introduction

Work Schedule: 29.5 hours (Monday – Thursday 8:30-3:15 Friday 8:30-1:00)

Willow School is seeking to appoint a nurturing and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant at our special educational needs school from September 2025.

In this position you will:

- Provide learning and care support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
- Work with the teacher to plan and deliver activities
- Support pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
