The Lincoln Saints Federation caters for students and pupils between the ages of 3 and 19 with a range of complex needs and disabilities, including physical and medical needs. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be part of a committed and dynamic team, focused on providing the very best for our pupils.
We are looking to appoint ambitious Teachers who have a passion for teaching children with SEND, can offer the very best teaching and learning to our pupils and ensure they achieve the excellent outcomes they deserve, helping them to achieve their aspirations.
Previous experience of working in a special needs setting or knowledge and understanding of special needs education is essential as we are looking for teachers who can work with pupils with communication and interaction difficulties and other associated complex needs. We are specifically looking for teachers with experience or knowledge of the semi formal curriculum pathway.
To be successful, your application should demonstrate your commitment, knowledge and passion for working with children with SEND along with a willingness and enthusiasm to contribute further to the wider life and ethos of our school. You will be willing to support our vision of developing courageous and confident learners.

Fluency Duty
