An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Trust for a Teaching Assistant to be based at Boston Pioneers Academy. This role requires the successful candidate to provide support to the Headteacher\Teacher across a range of child centred activities to promote child development and learning.

Applicants are required to hold Grade 4 [or equivalent] GCSE in Maths and English

This is a temporary position that requires the successful candidate to work 32.5 hours per week, term time only until 31 August 2026.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
