Job Introduction

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Spalding Primary Academy - to start as soon as possible.

About this role: 

31.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, term time only plus five training days); 08:45am to 3:15pm

Salary – G3:06-G3:09 = £19,904-£20,861 gross per annum

Applicants should have a Level 3 Diploma in specialist support for teaching and learning in schools and a Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.

Experience of working with a wide range of pupils would be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate may be required to work one to one or with a small group of children.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
