Job Description:
Managing school communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Maintaining school records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
Assisting with the preparation of documents and reports.
Supporting with student attendance monitoring and reports.
Assisting with the management of school events and activities.
Managing school supplies and equipment, including stock checks and orders.
Providing general administrative support to teaching staff and leadership.


This position is 37 hours per week, and is a temporary, maternity cover position.

Essential Criteria:
Well organised with attention to detail
Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing

Desired Criteria:
Previous school administration experience.
