St Nicholas Church Of England Primary Academy are looking for a Finance Director to join their team.
37 Hours per week – 52 weeks per annum
Grade 14 Pt 39 to 42 - £65,878 to £71,709 Full Time Salary
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at Infinity Academies Trust following the retirement of our current postholder we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Financial Director.
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic financial leader to guide the Trust through its next phase of development. The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial excellence and long-term sustainability across our multi-academy trust, supporting 17 academies.
Leading a small finance team of four key members the postholder has the opportunity to develop and enhance the financial services team to enable key deliverables for the organisation.
As Finance Director, you will:
Provide expert financial leadership and strategic advice
Ensure sound financial governance and compliance
Oversee all aspects of financial management across the Trust
Work closely with the COO and finance team (of four) to support informed decision-making
Be a key member of the team, contributing to the Trust's overall vision and success

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in financial leadership at a senior level, preferably in an education or public sector setting
A recognised professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA)
Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
The ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide high-quality financial insight and direction
