St John the Baptist CofE Primary School, Hawthorn Bank, Spalding. Lincolnshire. PE11 1JQ are seeking a Full Time Operations
Manager.


Grade G8
(approx £33,000)

Required as soon as possible.


Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you will work directly with the Headteacher to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the school.

We are looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive and highly professional Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in the effective day-to-day operation of our school.


This is an exciting and varied position for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in making things happen. 

You will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team and will be trusted to manage a wide range of operational, administrative and organisational responsibilities.

The role will combine operational management with high-level support to the Headteacher, providing oversight and coordination across a number of important areas of school business.

You will need to be able to see the bigger picture while also having an excellent eye for detail. 

The successful candidate will be confident working independently, managing competing priorities and handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
