About this Role
Leadenham C of E Academy requires a Wraparound Care Lead from 1st September 2026. The hours for this post will be 23.75 hours per week, 07:15- 09:00 and 15:00 – 18:00 (Weekdays only) Term Time only plus five training days
Are you passionate about creating joyful, safe and engaging experiences for children?
We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead, manage and develop our After School Wraparound Care provision.
Our wraparound care will offer a warm, secure and inspiring space where children aged 4 to 11 can relax, explore and extend their learning at the end of the school day. We hope to create a nurturing provision and are excited to welcome someone who can help us.

We need someone who is:

· Committed to ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment
· Passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing and development
· Experienced in working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential)

Fluency Duty
